I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at Active Physical Therapy in Ishpeming. Kristin Eden was my primary therapist and I saw Amy and Allyssa as well. What seemed like a never ending process with an injury I never dreamt would become as complex, their care and the changes that took place within my body turned out to a blessing and I’m better for what I thought was a loss of time. Retuning to waitressing after a few weeks, I found the tasks to be easier than ever before! I was so pleased to start up again feeling so strong!! Kristin was so compassionate and encouraging in considering my goals and all aspects of what was causing my pain. I was glad to reach the point to exit the program and I was sent with great aftercare exercises but, I miss seeing all the friendly people and staff! I would not hesitate to send anyone their way!

I had a wonderful experience training with Matt and Joe during my time at Active 🙂 everyone who I met with was extremely encouraging, helpful, and enthusiastic! Every exercise and activity was enjoyable and I never felt overwhelmed 🙂 when I left I felt stronger and Active created a great program for me to continue at home 🙂

I went to Active Physical Therapy in Marquette for treatment of tendonitis in both shoulders. Starting in October of 2021, I just finished and the results have been very impressive. My therapist J.J. (JARRETT) was awesome. I'm 65 and had never been to physical therapy before. I'd highly recommend Active to anybody experiencing joint pain with limited motion!!

The office personnel was very professional courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. Cassie my therapist was a gem. I was very concerned about the swelling of my knee she was great at explaining what we would be doing and really put my mind at ease. Every exercise was explained and why each exercise was important. She took me out for a walk and we also did stool racing for leg strength. The massages we're wonderful and she taught me how to do them when PT was done she didn't hesitate to tell me if I was doing something wrong so I could get the best results of the exercise. I worked with Cassie at Active for 4 months for a herniated disc causing problems down my leg. We worked together before surgery and then again after and I cannot say enough good things about her and the overall environment of the facility. Everyone was friendly, upbeat and motivating. She consistently pushed me to do things I didn't think I could do but did. I would go back to Active PT of Marquette in a heartbeat if necessary.
