Scott has been a member of the Athletic Training community for almost 20 years. He started his career in 1995 treating patients at U.P. Sports Medicine as well as high school athletes at Negaunee High School. In 2005, he moved to Bell Hospital where he became the athletic trainer for the Ishpeming Hematites. While treating patients at Bell, Scott helped spearhead the ImPact concussion program for Ishpeming, Negaunee and Westwood high schools. Scott resides in Ishpeming with his wife Melissa and three children, where he is a volunteer fi refi ghter. In is free time, he coaches his kids’ various sports teams. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children participate in sports and school activities, and being at camp enjoying the outdoors.]
